Birthday Party Host

Birthday Party Host.  Part time position, weekends required.  Host and facilitate the party including disbursement of cake, ice cream and beverage, educational programming, science make and take project and general clean up.  Have a full understanding of birthday party themes, and the educational component including the science content. Supervise assistants and volunteers working in Birthday Parties to include delegation of responsibilities to assist with the parties, and general customer service related to the birthday parties  Accountable for completion of the financial data sheet for each party and related paper work .  Weekly inventory of paper products and additional supplies including a report (if needed) to the Birthday Coordinator.  Be able to work on a consistent basis and fulfill scheduling requirements.  Completion of the 10^th grade, H.S. or Bachelors Degree preferred
