Chief Financial Officer

Provide financial expertise, advice and analysis to the hospital executives and hospital leadership teams through active participation as a member of the leadership team of the hospitals.  Monitors daily activity, gross revenue, operating expenses and productivity reports and spurs corrective action where needed.  Identifies opportunities and communicates them to the hospital leadership teams.

Education/Training

Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting or closely related field.  MBA highly preferred.

Licensure/Certification

Certified Public Accountant, preferred

Experience

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in hospital financial management in a hospital of similar complexity or public accounting or financial consulting in the hospital field.  Excellent communication and leadership skills.
