Responsible for assisting the HR Department in all aspects from maintaining files to the daily administrative functions of the HR office as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the employee files, audit all files to make sure files are correct and up to date.
- Assist in tending to visitors and team members when they visit the HR office.
- Recruit hourly positions, interview and work well with Hiring Managers
- Help create Orientation packets; copies as well as help the upkeep of new hires.
- Assist in the Onboarding process.
- E-verify, help maintain the I-9 employee files.
- Helping us automate processes, suggest improvements.
- Assisting team members with HR matters
- Concentration on recruiting hourly employees for the Clubhouse during the peak summer months.
- Help making copies of Insurance, Unum, Humana and Florida Blue enrollments and upkeep.
- Assist with Uniform and Inventory
- Assist with monthly celebrations and maintaining the recognition board
- Assist in ordering office supplies
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Self-starter, we don’t micromanage.
- Great attention to detail and organized
- Experience in Excel & Outlook
- Able to work in a team environment and care about the success of your fellow team members
- Maintain confidentiality at all time, and have high level of ethics and integrity.
- HR Experience preferred
Education:
- High School degree or GED
