What will you be doing?

Acting as the primary contact for existing customers:

  • Lead, manage, and optimize campaigns aimed at achieving specific Client ROI metrics
  • Look for ways Business Developers can grow revenue 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make recommendations
  • Problem solve in a fast paced environment
  • Create best practices for clients 
  • Identify and suggest new processes that can be implemented to improve clients ROI
  • Provide feedback from customers to internal teams in order to enhance OrlandoJobs.com products and services

 

What do we require from you? 

  • 5 years minimum experience in Account Management or similar function
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence others cross functionally
  • Self-starter who is highly motivated and able to work independently when required to do so
  • Passionate for cultivating client relationships and delivering best in class service and performance
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Must be very proficient in Excel (formulas, v-lookups, modeling)
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, and/or online advertising environment
  • Strong track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention
  • Negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency or client
  • Ability to deliver in a time-sensitive environment
