Connect Art Advisory & Brokerage is seeking a Business Representative to join our New York/US Team, if you are passionate about great customer experiences and solutions, then we would love the opportunity to speak to you!
DESCRIPTION
Provides sales support for our business:
•Carrying out sales objectives toward existing customers.
•Acts as a liaison between company and client.
•Acts as a liaison between company and client.
•Build and maintain relationship with existing and future clients on behalf of the studio
•Act as an account receivable
•Facilitate customer queries.
•Manage store inventory.
•Support the Making Team in the finishing of hand-made products and merchandise.
•Assist the Retail Team and Studio Management team in day-to-day operations.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be self-driven to provide an outstanding customer experience to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to build a network of current and potential clients.
• Strong technical writing, report generation and database management stills.
• Ability and desire to stay abreast of latest industry developments.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative position.
• Previous Marketing experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in using Microsoft Office products and other software systems preferred.
•Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment, multitasks with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities.
•Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is motivated and sales focused.
