A growing telecommunications/technology convention services company seeks an experienced, self-motivated part-time Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR P/T) for our Orlando, FL office.

Our Customer Sales & Service Representative P/T (CSSR P/T) will respond to customer inquiries / trouble calls through a variety of methods including phone calls, email, etc. ensuring a timely resolution and the highest level of customer service. This will require an understanding of networking and telecommunication. The CSSR P/T will also identify, research and resolves technical issues with customer’s internet connections, receive and process customer orders, sell value-added services, collect monies due, assist field offices, and provide service desk support at show site when necessary.

•     High school diploma or GED required.

•     Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

•     1–3 years customer service experience preferred.

•     Knowledge of data networking products/services desired.

•   Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong telephone customer service experience and willingness to interface with customers/management essential.

•     Able to type 45 wpm.

•     Personal computer skills required; computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and 10-key preferred.

•     Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays.

•     Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to exercise independent judgment.
