Job Summary

The Marketing Advisor will report directly to the Call Center Manager and is responsible for attracting potential new customers by answering inbound calls and/or calling potential new customers in the database. Call Center Representatives are responsible for providing the highest quality of service in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Attract potential new customers by answering all inbound calls or initiates calls to potential customers who are responding to advertisements and through other marketing channels
  • Explain the products and services in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Overcome customer objections
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal information
  • Meet or exceed weekly performance metrics
  • Present a positive attitude and disposition to each caller
  • Build rapport with customers over the phone

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft based computer programs
  • One year customer service experience

Required Competencies:

  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, both orally and written.
  • Must have exemplary customer service abilities to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to actively listen and ask probing questions to understand concerns and overcome objections
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • Must possess and be able to demonstrate the ability to influence
  • Great closing skills
  • Must present a professional and friendly demeanor 

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
