Food Runner / Busser

Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is Now Hiring Bussers/Runners for their High Volume Restaurants!

• A flexible schedule is required! Must be available to work days, nights, weekends and Holidays!
• Must have strong customer service skills

• Inspects all guests order for completeness and quality prior to delivery to table

• Delivery of orders from kitchen to table in a timely manner

• Will assist Server in presentation of meals

• Sets up front of house side food and beverage items for service

• Upon delivery of orders to table, completes a table check with guests

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of dining room and service areas

• Assists in completion of post shift clean up and side work duties

• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor

Required:

• Ability to walk, stand stoop, bend, lift and carry trays weighing 35+ pounds repetitively during entire shift

• Excellent guest service skills

• Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays

Preferred:

• Prior restaurant experience
