Child Care - In-Room Caregiver

Job Summary

Providing quality childcare services in the Orlando resorts for vacationing guests. Our in-room caregivers are part-time, on call, babysitters for resort guests in Central Florida, specializing in the Theme Park area. Caregivers are required to provide their own age appropriate toys and activities for all assignments. Our company provides services 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, and we are looking for reliable and flexible employees to work weekends, nights and occasional early mornings.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Being able to travel to the different resorts in the Orlando Theme Park area
• Able to care for and supervise the activities of up to four children at a time
• Must be available to work at least two days a week
• Must be available to work New Year’s Eve

Summary of Experience

At least 2 years previous childcare experience (professional, volunteer, or combination of both)

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years of Age
• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must agree to a national, state, and local background check

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities       

• Experience in caring for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 years
• Must have ability to lift up to 60 lbs
