The Front Desk Agent is responsible for many important functions, such as checking Guests in and out, handling cash, billing, problem handling, answering calls, making reservations, assisting in the selling of the hotel and ensuring that Guests have an enjoyable stay.
Prior IHG experience, Opera systems, hotel experience and knowledge of the UCF Area is a plus. The ability to multi-task, resolve problems and converse with people is an absolute must.
Applicants must be friendly and customer service oriented. Working nights and weekends is a requirement. Flexibility in schedule preferred.
The candidate must be able to work two overnight, night audit shifts per week. Prior experience in night auditing is preferred.
This is an hourly position, starting at $10.00 per hour.
