About Our Client Our client, is an Australian mass media and entertainment company listed on the ASX.
With a diverse range of operations nationally and increased work demands over the next 12 months, the finance team urgently requires a highly motivated and technically competent accountant to assist them immediately.
Key include: Manage accounts receivable and payable function.
Assist in preparation of payroll.
Assist in preparation of tax obligations - BAS returns, payroll tax, superannuation, work cover and FBT.
Update fixed asset register.
Assist in monthly balance sheet reconciliations and.
Ad hoc reporting tasks as they fall due.
The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have the following skills and Degree qualified - Accounting or Finance.
Working towards their professional qualification - CA or CPA.
First time move from boutique accounting firm highly desirable.
Excellent time management skills, and.
High driven and motivated.
