One of Florida's Premier Banks is looking to hire Senior Loan Processors to join the most dynamic and fastest growing residential lending group in the state.
The include, but not limited to: Review loan requests for quality and quantity.
Order appraisals, title work, VOEs and credit supplements.
Order and process fraud reports, FHA/VA case numbers, CAIVRS, LDP.
Review files prior to submission to underwriting for income and asset documentation required.
Calculate income and AUS (DU/LP).
Interact with outside vendors on a daily basis.
Manage pipeline within service level agreements.
Job 5+ years of experience as a loan processor.
Current residential lending experience in a bank or mortgage firm.
Ability to manage a pipeline of 25+ loans.
