Immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Representative who has previous experience in a Customer Service setting. As a Quality Assurance Representative with this organization you will be responsible for analyzing calls that will enable clients to grow and develop their teams. For this position as a Quality Assurance Representative you must have previous experience in a call center setting as well as an aptitude for technology and strong detail orientation skills. Must be able to work from 2:00pm to 10:00am Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work. Previous experience with Quality Assurance is HIGHLY DESIRED! Currently seeking English speakers for this role as well as Japanese, Mandarin, Turkish, and Hebrew speakers!
