(Two positions available – Operations Divisions)

The qualified individual we seek will perform general managerial/administrative duties for the assigned Division within the Clerk of the Courts. They will be the primary assistant to the Operations Manager charged with the responsibility for planning, coordinating, supervising, budgeting, and controlling assigned resources to achieve organizational/divisional objectives. Reports directly to the Operations Manager for assigned Division.
We seek a professional, team-oriented, customer focused, and results driven person who can manage the day to day operations of the division, coach and develop employees, ensure the highest quality of work and service to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess ability to problem solve, demonstrate good decision making, work in a fast paced environment, ability to communicate clearly both written and orally and has knowledge of the court system, policies and procedures.
An Associate’s degree is preferred. Must have a minimum of 3 years of progressively leadership experience with combination of education, training and experience in challenging job assignments.
