Production Supervisor
Vinyl products manufacturer is seeking a Production Supervisor. Will run shift operations, manage staff and monitor work flow.
Duties include:
Maintaining product production;
• Monitor work flow
• Maintain quality service
• Ensure equipment operation by reporting issues and initiating maintenance within system
• Provide and maintain manufacturing records and data
Supervising and maintaining manufacturing employees:
• Hire, complete orientation and train
• Communicate job expectations
• Plan, monitor and appraise job results
• Counsel and discipline
• Educate and direct employees on safety policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
Supervision, Coaching, Managing Processes, Process Improvement, Production Planning, Controls and Instrumentation
Salary: $40-$45k (based on experience)
Shift: Rotating Days (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off etc.)
Shift Hours: 6:00pm-6:00am
