Our Opportunity: This is a business-to-business, commission only role, offering exceptional compensation reward that is performance-based, success rewarded, and is based on a client-focused revenue model.

We provide you with the tools training, and materials to ensure your in-the-field success.

Our reps typically average $60,000 - $120,000 in their first year, but with our uncapped commissions, your income potential is limitless.

We offer a flexible schedule, complete ownership and autonomy in your role, and unmatched corporate support.

Work can be performed from anywhere in your assigned geographic region giving you the ability to leverage your existing relationships and build new ones with top-tier athletic programs at every level.

Include: Identifying and qualifying potential customers.

Meeting with coaches, athletic directors, league administrators, etc.

to identify problem areas.

Developing and presenting solutions to problems utilizing the OX Sports technology platform.

Following up with prospects and actively closing new business.

Tracking all sales activity in the CRM software.

Regularly training with the Sales Manager and other team members.

A passion for and knowledge of sports.

Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and highly organized.

Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, CRM software, and other platforms.

Valid drivers license, functioning and reliable automobile, and current auto insurance.

Part-time and Full-time opportunities available.
