SUMMARY

Perform general landscaping to maintain an attractive and appealing property throughout Cru Headquarters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mows, trims and edges grounds; lays and cuts sod as needed.
• Maintenance of property by planting, transplanting, pruning, removal, and irrigating areas
• Performs tree and shrub care, including planting, transplanting, pruning, and removal.
• Operates machinery taking all safety precautions and adhering to safety laws.
• Moves soil, equipment and materials.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: 

• Knowledge of basic landscaping methods and techniques
• Ability to operate landscaping maintenance tools (edger, blower, weed eater, chain saw)
• Ability to operate landscape equipment and machinery

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma and minimum of two years experience in landscaping

Certificates, License, Registrations:
Valid Florida Driver’s License
