In this position, you will:

  •   Contact newly enrolled business partners and provide instructional information with regards to their payment solutions merchant account
  •  Ensure Business Account activation
  • Train and guide new business partners on how to navigate the payment solutions portal
  •  Ensure new business partners have a thorough understanding of Business Center, Marketing with financing and Coaching their associates
  •  Educate on the benefits associated with being a payment solutions partner and how these relate to their business growth potential
  • Meet account activation requirements while providing a professional business experience
  • Develop and foster positive business relationships
  • Establish rapport and credibility with a wide variety of business markets
  •  Provide business partners with appropriate and accurate information
  • Generate incremental revenue for client partners
  •  Be open to coaching for continuous performance improvement
  •  Process orders that meet the requirements set by the client.

Do you have the following?

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of customer interaction experience
  • Contact Center experience preferred.
  • Outbound or B2B experience preferred.
  •  Financial Service Industry experience an advantage
  •   Experience training end-users on computer applications an advantage
  • High school/GED; college degree a plus or relevant work experience preferred. 
  • Competency using Microsoft Windows
  • Exceptional professional business communication skills and phone etiquette required
  • Excellent time management skills
  •  Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced and driven work environment
  •  SalesForce experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication and decision-making abilities in an autonomous environment
