Operations Manager - Windows/Doors

FAS Windows & Doors seeks a senior-level Production/Project Manager for our installation operations.
We are an established family-owned business based in Orlando, FL that provides quality window/door products and services to residential and new construction customers throughout Central Florida.

The successful candidate will oversee all facets of our production operations in a busy environment.
Duties will include:

• Overseeing installation operations, including scheduling, quality/customer satisfaction, materials management, independent contractor oversight, warehouse operations and general production department day-to-day logistics and operations management.
• Assume responsibility for daily, weekly and monthly reporting and statistics.
• Overseeing sub-contractors to ensure that quality and consistency of workmanship meets FASWD’s quality standards.
• Microsoft Office and CRM computer experience necessary.

Additionally, you will be responsible for settling escalated customer service issues concerning installation and contract disputes.

To be successful, you must be energetic, focused, organized and motivated, with attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Computer literacy is a must, with previous experience in a residential construction environment preferred.
You must be able to communicate courteously with coworkers, customers, subcontractors and vendors and exhibit strong project management skills to include prioritizing issues and managing multiple customer issues simultaneously.

We require an acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and an ability to lift 50-75 lbs. The successful candidate must pass a background check and drug screening.
