About You
High School Diploma or Equivalent
5+ years professional experience in Commercial Maintenance & Repair
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent oral and written skills in English
Ability to operate in a paperless environment using iPad

Maintenance technicians perform all phases of repair in the following areas:
Drywall / Texture
Painting
Ceramic tile / Grout repair
Floor & Cove Base Repairs
Door Install / Repair
Ceiling Tiles
General Installations
Cabinet Repair
Shelving
Pressure Washing
Other areas as needed
