Employment Coordinator (AM Shift) - Caribe Royale

Will be responsible for assisting the Employment Specialist with recruiting needs which include, but are not limited to, phone pre-screens, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, processing new hires and tracking of potential employees for all positions and levels within the resort. Ideal candidate must be able to communicate with applicants via phone, email, and in person with a SMILE! Also responsible for performing routine administrative functions to support the Human Resources office.
Previous experience within the Human Resources and Recruiting with hotels of at least 2 years is required. Experience with hotels is preferred. Excellent computer and communication skills are required. Only candidates that meet the above qualifications will be considered.
