Client Services Specialist

• Full-Time position, Mon – Fri,8am–5pm
• The position is in Longwood and not accessible via Public Transportation
• Salary range between $36,000 and $40,000 yearly
• This is a Temp-To-Perm position, the client may extend an offer letter based on performance during the required time period

The ideal CSS candidate has a positive, “can-do” attitude, and is fearless when it comes to taking care of our clients, which involves collecting and gathering clients’ contracts, completing the intake and processing of contracts; working with vendors on clients’ behalf to obtain incomplete contracts and/or documents related to vendor compliance (e.g. due diligence).

This is more than a customer service job, this position blends customer service with account management to provide full support. The CSS spends the majority of time conducting vendor outreach and developing strong working relationships with our clients’ vendors.

Success profile

Strong technical knowledge (Microsoft Office, ability to learn software programs)

• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal).
• Problem-solving & Critical thinking skills
• Takes personal pride in doing things right and delivering a quality work product.
• Self-motivated and capable of organizing and prioritizing work to achieve the required results.

Required capabilities

• Bachelors’ degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Financial Industry knowledge, preferred
• Client relationship management or account management experience
