The Office Assistant job responsibilities include, but are not limited to updating records within Salesforce (CRM), handling inbound customer service calls and emails, communicating with vendors, creating supplemental materials for training programs and other miscellaneous office tasks.
Job Duties:
- Reviewing thousands of email records daily for contact updates or customer service needs.
- Answer inbound calls to handle customer service efforts.
- Handle customer service emails as needed.
- Coordinate with key vendors to ensure time-sensitive webinar needs are met.
- View online training and create quizzes and other supplemental materials to support that training program.
This job requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Some customer service experience and Salesforce experience are preferred.
Pay = $16 per hour
Benefits: casual dress code every day, 8 days paid vacation and free snacks in the break room.
