Maintenance Technician
Manufacturer of vinyl products is seeking a Maintenance Technician, with the ability to troubleshoot bot PLC and Relay logic controlled equipment.
Position also requires set up tooling on the extruders. Lock out procedures must be followed during all maintenance procedures.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• STRONG knowledge of electrical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of 480V 3 phase, 240V single and 3 phase, and 277V power distribution
• Able to weld using TIG or Arc welding
• Good background repairing pumps, motors and gear boxes
• Have the necessary tools to perform jobs, such as mechanic tools, volt meter and amp meter
• Able to climb 60 FT. Silos, and lift up to 50lbs
• Work safely and responsibly
• Work well with other team mates (team work)
• Must be dependable with stable work history
• Respond to call backs after hours and weekends
Salary: Based on Experience
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00-3:30 (will change, most likely to swing shift)
