Production Line Lead

We are seeking a Production Line Lead to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.

This is a full time, temp to hire position. Starting at $11.50, pay will be increased and bonuses included after date of hire. Initially after 90 days probationary period.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Place production orders from customers
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in production line lead in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Forklift experience is a huge plus!!
