For this position we need someone with excellent communication skills who is comfortable working with a variety of personalities and is extremely customer focused.
Exposure to life insurance and or annuities is a plus.
A degree or prior training in the life insurance/annuities segment is preferred.
Attention to data entry detail is imperative as you will be the support person working with several departments for life insurance and annuity contract settlement.
Office skills should include: a typing score of 50 wpm or more, familiarity with Mac-Apple computers, Salesforce, Outlook, scanning, coping and moving through tasks efficiently and fluently.
