Customer Service Representative

Visium Resources has been asked to identify candidates with strong customer support experience, that can work at the Orlando Airport in a retail environment. There are multiple positions, which will 

Multiple Customer Service positions available. Some retail "in-person" and others in a telecommunications environment - phone oriented. - which will be scheduled within the times of 9am to 1am each day of the week.

Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, such as experience within a retail environment.

Will be responsible for processing payment transactions in-person or by phone, as well as ensuring the highest level of customer service and customer confidentiality regarding credit card transactions.

• Associate Degree preferred or equivalent education
• One (1) plus years of demonstrated customer support experience
• Computer proficiency to include accurate typing capability. Must be skilled in use of PC and Mobile applications and possess the ability to perform intermediate data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor both in-person and over the phone.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
