Client Manager
Location:Winter Springs, FL
Rate of Pay: Low to mid $60K Depending on Experience
As a Client Success Manager, one must be able to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while maintaining a good relationship. Take up ownership towards every case that is assigned reassuring overall expectations.
- Orientate and cultivate clients any upcoming debates
- Attend to incoming calls from customers and sales representatives
- Assist clients to reach their potential goals
- Develop and work towards upsell possibility
- Arrange Sales and Marketing Demo Requests
- Handle any account increase
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within the bank industry with operations or business development
- Required to travel 2-3 weeks per month in the first year
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Prior experience as a closer at an executive level
- Self-Starter, Open minded and willing to learn
- Enjoy helping others
