Bilingual(German, Russian, Italian) Customer Service Supervisor

Location: Orlando, FL (Orlando International Airport)

Rate of Pay:$16.50 per hour. Full-Time position with benefits.

Hours: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Friday-Tuesday) Off Wednesday & Thursday

TopTalent Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to work at the Orlando International Airport.The Supervisor shall provide on-site supervision of our current Customer Service Ambassadors already onsite.

 

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for Manage, direct and monitor the operations.
  • Provide on-site supervision of our current TopTalent Staffing Customer Service Ambassadors already onsite.
  • Be able to perform the duties of the Customer Service Ambassadors.
  • Prepare the daily schedule and checking attendance.
  • Coaches and directs personnel as well as manage situations involving issues related to employee performance and misconduct.
  • Oversees the training and development of the Ambassadors to ensure a great customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English as well as one of these 10 other languages:

Chinese
Japanese
Vietnamese

 

Italian
French
German
Russian
Arabic
Portuguese
Hindi

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory capacity involving customer service.
  • Experience in working within the general public, in a high traffic flow area
  • Strong written communication skills for daily record keeping of all inquiries and data requested.
  • The supervisor shall be required to attend scheduled meetings when required by GOAA
  • Schedules may rotate, or be varied depending on airport operational needs. All other duties as assigned by airport operations.
  • Be required to work Fri, Sat & Sun each week.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
