Chuck Kulp joined Robert French at Energy Air four years after its inception in 1976, sharing his vision to create a one-stop, full-service HVAC firm that integrated every aspect of the clients’ needs. From pre-construction planning, fabrication, and installation, to ongoing routine maintenance and service, Chuck Kulp wanted Energy Air to provide comprehensive HVAC services for every client.

Now, nearly four decades later, Energy Air has developed into a thriving company with multiple locations, over 375 employees and revenues totaling more than $50 million each year.

Chuck Kulp, now President of Energy Air, has dedicated the better part of his life to developing Energy Air into the company that it is today. He was recently awarded with a Lifetime Achievement Award and was inducted into the Carrier® Hall of Fame, an accomplishment awarded to only 24 other people in the HVAC industry to this day.

Our team’s hard work, loyalty and dedication have transformed Energy Air from a small business in a single garage to the industry-leading HVAC company that it is today. But while Energy Air is large in size, family values remain at the heart of our business.

Our family-style approach to business has turned us into the thriving company we are today, which is why we emphasize these family values in our day-to-day work.
