To provide excellent guest service while maintaining the overall operation and transaction of the gift shop. Candidate must be able to complete transactions while maintaining positive customer service with a SMILE! Must be comfortable handling cash, credit, and debit. Candidate will also be responsible for completing any other tasks given to them by management.
Must have a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays. Previous customer service experience of at least 1 year is required. Must have excellent communication and computer skills. Only candidates who meet the above qualifications will be considered.
