Employment Specialist (AM Shift) - Caribe Royale

The ideal candidate must have strong organizational, computer, and communication skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Will be responsible for all recruiting needs including, but not limited to, screening applications and resumes, interviewing candidates, and researching new ways to utilize recruiting outlets for prospective candidates. Must be able to keep all job descriptions up-to-date and complete monthly reports. Candidate must have the ability to work with department managers and network throughout the community to ensure the most qualified candidates are processed for potential employment. Must be flexible to complete any additional tasks assigned while maintaining a positive work environment!
Must have at least 2 years of experience with recruiting. Hotel experience is a plus. Must have strong communication skills. Only candidates that meet the above qualifications will be considered.
