Customer Service-Marketing Support

Position Overview:

Performs administrative and office support activities for the Marketing Department.

Duties include, but arent limited to:

• Assistance/support of customers, agents and other internal and external sources

• Effective e-mail and phone communications

• Document composition

  Essential Job Functions

• Primary phone coverage for Marketing and Tech Support queue

• Utilization of MS Office to produce documents as directed

• Work independently or with a team on special projects

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance

• Adhere to policies and procedures of employee handbook

Skill, Experience and Licensure Requirements

• Minimum one year customer service experience

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness

• MS Office proficient

• Other Skills/Abilities

• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner

• Proficient typing skills

• Data entry

• Verbal and written communication skills

• Organizational skills

• Homeowners Insurance experience preferred

• 220 or 20-44 license preferred
