POSITION OBJECTIVE
Provide support to servers and act as a liaison between the culinary staff and front of the house service. Create excellent dining experiences for our members and guests by anticipating their needs and serving them in a professional and efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
•Assists with confirming orders from the kitchen are accurate and presentable
•Assists with garnishing and decorating dishes as needed prior to serving
•Anticipates the members or guest needs
•Assists servers with pre bussing in between courses 
•Assists with maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room
•Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
•Clears and resets tables at conclusion of dining experience 
•Displays knowledge of all menus for all meal periods 
•Completes daily checklists of duties and monitors linen supplies
•Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
•Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
•1 year previous experience as a server or server assistant in an upscale restaurant, hotel/resort or private club environment. 
•Preferred Food Safety Certification and/or TIPS training.

REQUIREMENTS
•Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time. 
•Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop. 
•Be able to working in a standing position for long periods of time.
•Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks weighing up to 50 pounds.
•Candidates in this role will be able to read, write, speak and understand English and meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
•Position requires flexibility in scheduling, must be able to work seven days a week, weekends & holidays.
