Education and Experience

10 or more years of related Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; May also have advanced degree

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary operations of a medium to large size organization
• In depth knowledge of insurance operations, products and services
• Strong collaboration skills; excellent negotiation and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities
• Strong customer service and customer facing skills
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Broad experience in organizational development and process re-design
• Proven ability to think strategically and act tactically
• Meets the standards for this position, as defined in the Talent Management framework
