Convention Services Coordinator (AM/Flexible Shift) – Caribe Royale

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, be able to multitask and prioritize department needs to meet deadlines, and maintain confidential information
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner while adhering to company standards
  • Must be able to show initiative, including, but not limited to, anticipating guests and operational needs as well as perform other duties requested by management

Job Qualifications:

  • At least two years of Convention Services experience is required
  • Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent computer, communication, and written skills are a necessity
  • Knowledge of DELPHI is a plus
