Construction Sales Estimator - Windows & Doors

As our business continues to grow, FAS Windows & Doors, Central Florida’s premier window and door company, seeks an Estimator to support our sales team.

We seek a highly motivated, computer savvy individual to provide support to our new construction and retrofit sales team. The person selected for this position will mainly be responsible for performing take-offs for our new construction sales team; revising sales bids and preparing installation quotes for bids and providing support to the sales team.

We seek a competent communicator with building products experience, preferably windows/doors product knowledge, Knowledge of wood exterior-clad windows is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a team player with exceptional verbal and written skills and have at least 2-3 years of building industry experience and a solid work history.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have knowledge of computer estimation programs. Windows-based computer and manufacturer software preferred, must be able to read blueprints, meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task and be exceptionally detail-oriented while working in a fast paced, service oriented environment. You must demonstrate a high level of integrity and ethics, as we pride ourselves on communication and support to all customers.
