3rd Shift Food & Beverage Supervisor - Caribe Royale

The 3rd shift F&B Supervisor is responsible for providing assistance and support to all team members in giving excellent service with courtesy, safety and a smile to all guests and to exceed guests’ expectations. Will be responsible for assisting scheduling of staff according to business needs, training new hires, and controlling inventory of uniforms. Must also be available to help employees when needed, approve all work has been completed by employee at the end of their shift, and maintain cleanliness of all F&B outlets. Candidate must be flexible to complete any additional tasks assigned by management while maintaining a positive work environment. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To oversee all F&B outlets to ensure staffing levels are adequate for the shift
• To assist team members when needed
• To ensure all work is completed by team members
• To assist team members in the close out of their shift and ensure all areas are clean and stocked
• Assist in the training of new team members
• Must be able to work through stressful situations while maintaining great customer service
• Assist with any guest needs
• Maintains and adheres to our company values

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prefer one year Food & Beverage experience.
• Certification:  Must be able to provide a Florida State approved
• Food Safety certification (i.e. SafeStaff) or attend a SafeStaff training class facilitated by the Caribe Royale within 60 days of hire date.      
• Skills: Communication, phone etiquette, leadership, and organization, and customer service
