Remote Casualty - TEMP TO PERM

Experienced Casualty adjuster is needed IN the Jacksonville, FL area.  This is a Temp-To- Perm remote/work from home adjuster position; however, includes limited outside investigation and inspection. Therefore, candidate must reside in the Jacksonville, FL area.

Primary responsibilities of this position will be to adjust casualty claims for self-insured clients involving Automobile, General Liability, Property and Professional Liability losses for government municipalities. 

Duties include:

Managing, investigating, and resolving claims.

Understanding insurance policies, verify coverage, contact all parties associated with the claim, interview witnesses, gather, and review special damages.

 Determining liability, negotiating settlements and reporting to excess carriers. Other duties include issuing payments, setting reserves and reporting to clients.

Requirements:

At least three years of casualty claims & field experience

Florida All-lines Adjuster License

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bi-lingual Spanish-perferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Great analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Xactimate A+
