Leading Garage Door company, servicing all West Central Florida is looking to hire a Territory Manager / Installer with 3 to 5 years experience in the construction field to join our team!
In this role, you will lead a team of garage door installers. The successful candidate must have:
- Hands-on experience as the leader of a successful work-team.
- Ability to develop such a successful team by selecting, training and motivating associates will be critical.
This fast-paced environment will require:
- Organizational skills, computer skills, the ability to provide excellent customer service,
- Proven discretionary skills.
- Both critical thinking skills as well as day-to-day oversight of the installation team.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
