Job Responsibilities:

Highly professional individual with good all around culinary experience in upscale / fine dining restaurant

Follow direction of highly qualified culinary chef Able to produce and maintain exceptional quality of food Maintain open lines of communication with front of house associates and management

Able to lead by example in sanitation, presentation, following recipes and quality Able to work any station in the kitchen when necessary

To assume any additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Job Qualifications:

Culinary experience in upscale restaurant of 4-5 years

Must be a team player Must act as a leader in the kitchen

Must be able to handle high stress situations Stand/walk for an extended period of time Strong communication skills are required The ideal candidate is friendly, courteous and always smiling (with guests and fellow associates)
