Plant Street Studios is seeking an enthusiastic Account Coordinator to join our growing team! We are a forward-thinking, new media arts incubator, providing innovative creative services and solutions to an impressive portfolio of clients spanning multiple industries and verticals. From video production to design/branding to experiential marketing and everything in-between, our skilled team is comprised of the most talented and passionate artists, marketers, and storytellers in the industry.

As Account Coordinator, you will be involved at every turn - from the initial seedling of an idea to development to final execution. This is a critical role which keeps the gears of our daily operations turning and our projects on track. Qualified candidates must possess a meticulous attention to detail, organization skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit. 

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Participation and thorough documentation of internal and client meetings
  • Preparation and proofreading of internal and client-facing documents including estimates, SOWs, timelines, meeting agendas, creative briefs, and other critical materials
  • Ensuring projects stay within scope and timeline by following-up with clients and clearly communicating feedback to internal agency teams
  • Working with vendors and production partners to provide estimates and fulfill scope contributions
  • Detailed proofing of project deliverables prior to client review
  • Fielding of new project requests and communication of client needs to internal stakeholders
  • Providing administrative support including invoicing, maintaining billing records, organization of account/project folders, and coordination of conference calls between key client and agency stakeholders
  • Assisting with on-site pickups/deliveries related to projects, events, or other client needs

Required Skills:

  • BA from an accredited school
  • Entry level to 3+ years Agency industry experience
  • Familiarity with design, interactive, and video production processes is preferred
  • Intermediate understanding of strategic marketing, design, production, and financial principles
  • Ability to communicate and foster relationships both remotely and in-person with colleagues and client contacts
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities
  • Ability to problem solve, multitask, and assist with several projects at once with high levels of organization and attention to detail
  • Sound judgment and interpersonal skills
  • Rapid comprehension and retention of information
