Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist job duties include:
- Successfully implementing the designed recruiting process, including attracting, identifying, and selecting great candidates to join the SimplyIOA team nationwide
- Continually evaluating recruiting process effectiveness, and recommending and implementing improvements
- Managing multiple open requisitions to ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner
- Developing and implementing recruiting escalation strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Communicating proactively and frequently regarding status of open positions, including providing updates of all recruiting activities and measures taken to source and recruit qualified candidates
- Assisting with mid- and long-term organizational talent planning
- Mastering and maintaining current, accurate data in our applicant tracking software
- Educating management personnel company-wide regarding talent acquisition processes, policies, procedures, skills, and best practices
- Continuously seeking out, learning and applying recruiting best practices
- Developing and maintaining positive, productive relationships with SimplyIOA leadership, managers, peers, co-workers, teammates, and employees
Qualified candidates will have:
- 3-5+ years’ experience in a staffing agency and/or corporate recruiting environment
- 3-5+ years’ experience with high volume call center recruiting
- Proficiency with ATS software. Jobvite preferred
- Proven success meeting or exceeding metrics and goals in number of hires, time to fill, interviews etc…
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively execute established processes
- A passion for helping people become the best they can be
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and interviewing skills
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
- Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times
