Customer Service / Inside Salesperson
Local wholesale distribution company is seeking experienced customer service representatives to grow our Inside Sales team. This is a full time, permanent opportunity to join a growing, well respected company specializing in pump parts and fluid sealing products.
We are seeking candidates with the personality and passion for delivering extraordinary customer service.
Provide sales and technical assistance to customers to assure the correct identification and application of company products to customer’s needs. Provide a quote in the shortest time possible.
Receive and process incoming customer orders from telephone, fax, or e-mail. Input these into our information system to assure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
Identify and quote incoming “used” parts sent by customers from their existing pump/machine.
Work constructively with customer to understand problems or concerns and eliminate any future issues.
Support counter sales to walk in customers.
Outstanding telephone skills which convey interest, knowledge, professionalism and a desire to assist.
Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
Detail oriented and focused.
Ability to follow specific instructions and positively respond to guidance.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Service and/or sales experience with fluid sealing, rotating equipment, HVAC systems or pumps would be very beneficial.
This is a full time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Salary: Wage to be discussed/determined in interview. Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance benefits on 1st on month following 60th day on our payroll. Closed during UPS holidays.
