The highly qualified Business Process Consultant we seek:

• Will collaborate with key stakeholders to design, implement, and improve business processes in compliance with state requirements and statutes in a government environment.
• Is responsible for applying the appropriate methodologies and systems in supporting business processes. 
• Will have a scope for this role that includes department specific initiatives, portfolio level projects, process reviews, documentation, and training.

Requirements for the Business Process Consultant:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or Statistical Analysis
• At least 1 year of Process Design, Improvement, or Business Analysis experience is preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products to include MS Project, Teams, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
