HRIS Analyst

What does this position do?

The HRIS Analyst is the functional and technical subject matter expert for the enterprise human resources information system (HRIS).  Works closely with end users and developers to configure, implement, test and support PeopleSoft HCM.  Researches, tests, and implements necessary changes and provides integration support to Campus Solutions, Financials, and Payroll.  Ensures accurate and quality services are delivered in all areas of Human Resources (e.g., Recruiting, Benefits, and HR Records).

 

What experience and skills are needed for this role?

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
2. Two years of experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM or comparable HRIS modules.
3. Two years of experience working with Human Resources data/metrics.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Three years of experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM or comparable HRIS modules.
2. One year experience working with PeopleSoft table structures, functionality in a Human Resources environment.
3. Experience working with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and rules pertaining to human resources management.

Beginning annual salary is $52,431 and may be commensurate with degree and experience exceeding the minimum required qualifications.
