The Electronics Repair Technician will maintain and support our industry-leading products and systems. They will assess, repair, and document these products and systems using soldering, testing, and the basics of electrical engineering.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) in campus keeping respective upkeep log.
• Diagnostic, troubleshoot and repairs of electrical-electronic assemblies as directed
• Electronic rework at component level including final testing
• Wiring management and equipment install maintaining or creating respective documentation
• Maintain and repair shop environment safe and organized
• Assist junior staff complete assigned tasks as needed.
• Other duties as required.
• Requirements:
• Practical knowledge of electricity, analog, digital electronics
• Able to read schematics and troubleshoot
• Soldering proficiency
• Good engineering practices, including safety and documentation.

May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to thirty (40) pounds.
