The Electronics Repair Technician will maintain and support our industry-leading products and systems. They will assess, repair, and document these products and systems using soldering, testing, and the basics of electrical engineering.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) in campus keeping respective upkeep log.
- Diagnostic, troubleshoot and repairs of electrical-electronic assemblies as directed
- Electronic rework at component level including final testing
- Wiring management and equipment install maintaining or creating respective documentation
- Maintain and repair shop environment safe and organized
- Assist junior staff complete assigned tasks as needed.
- Other duties as required.
- Requirements:
- Practical knowledge of electricity, analog, digital electronics
- Able to read schematics and troubleshoot
- Soldering proficiency
- Good engineering practices, including safety and documentation.

Environmental Factory/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to thirty (40) pounds.
