Description:We are Lockheed Martin
It takes more than steel, advanced electronics and engine thrust to make the F-35 Lightning II, the world's fifth generation fighter, take flight. It is the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) that gives F-35 Lightning II operators the ability to plan ahead, to maintain, to plan and sustain its systems over the life of the air vehicle. ALIS provides the IT backbone and capabilities to support current and future Warfighters across the U.S. and allied military services.
This position position is for the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Sustainment Field Engineering Team. The selected candidate will be working in a high paced environment acting as IT System analyst for fleet fielding and release of software to include testing and on site support.
The Multi-Functional Information system analyst will be responsible for:
• Early integration, review and support for quarterly release install testing and documentation reviews
• Engineering analysis of software defects and work around creation and testing
• Field Support for site ALIS administration and software installation and troubleshooting
• Root Cause trending and analysis of software, documentation and installation related work arounds and administration burden.
Tasks will include analysis, technical documentation, IT system anomaly solution forming and coordinating with ALIS and enterprise systems in response to customer reported issues and priorities. Direct support for users and IT administrators and users of the ALIS system in support of software updates and upgrades world wide. The selected candidate will also be responsible for written and verbal communication with customers internal and external to the company. The Orlando East location is near the University of Central Florida and minutes away from the major theme parks.

This position is in Orlando, Florida. This position will require extensive business travel to CONUS and OCONUS customer sites.
Basic Qualifications:
• Candidates must have a Secret security
clearance with an investigation within the last 6
years
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Experience with Customer Support with troubleshooting software COTS and/or integrated applications
• Software installation experience with upgrading and/or maintaining maintenance software platforms in the field (i.e. ALIS/ODIN, IMIS, NALCOMIS)
• Ability to obtain and retain DoD IAT Level II
certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA) within
60 days of hire
Desired Skills:
• ALIS development, testing or sustainment experience strongly preferred
• ALIS Software configuration, installation and hardware support strongly preferred
• JIRA, SVN and Confluence experience
• Ability to work in a high performing team and contribute to completion of program milestones
• Ability to troubleshoot IT system issues and provide engineering support to military and civilian personnel in the field
• Prior customer support skills in the information technology, software or hardware industry
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years
