Associate Analyst, Supply Chain

JOB OVERVIEW:

This job reports into the Manager, Supply Chain Systems supporting all of the technology needs of the Purchasing, Distribution, and Total Quality functions. These systems include iBuy/Coupa, i-Supply, i-Kitchen, Product Complaints, System Security, Supplier Onboarding, Contract Management, and Distribution. This job is a blend of Supply Chain Systems technical support, administration, implementation, and development. This job requires the ability to interact across multiple levels of management both internally and externally.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

- High degree of flexibility and business process understanding necessary

- Work on special projects with IT across multiple platforms

- Partner with team to execute application deployment to internal and external customers, which includes user advocacy and support for key applications

- cXML integrations to facilitate electronic business relationships in Supply Chain applications

- Technology support for alcohol product catalogs

- Partner with external bill pay vendor to ensure successful transmission of data

- Monitor for product setup issues and make corrections to catalog

- Proactively work with alcohol distributors for new item rollouts (as needed)

- Responsible for distributor and supplier communications on technical matters

- Able to quickly learn new applications in order to:

- Plan, prepare, and execute User Acceptance Testing

- Create internal and external training manuals

- Catalog management support

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Understanding of cXML/EDI B2B integration preferred

- High end user knowledge of all Microsoft desktop applications including Excel and SharePoint

-Data mining and analysis

-SQL experience a plus

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

-Experience supporting enterprise technology

-Coupa Procure-to-Pay suite experience a plus

-Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiples tasks at a given time

-Proven experience as a strong team player with high level of communication skills

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

-Bachelor degree preferred
