Facilitate passenger journey mapping and a thorough understanding of Orlando International Airport's customer base to promote and enhance customer experience and exceed the expectations of our guests. Collaborate, implement and manage programs, projects and designs that provide a seamless and efficient passenger journey for each customer touchpoint.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, Graphic design or related field, and three (3) years of experience managing programs, projects, and events dealing with wayfinding or passenger journeys in a large facility, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Ability to effectively analyze data to determine areas of success and opportunity and trends.
  • Experience creating and working with design guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage successful design concepts.
  • Positive personality with a desire for open communication
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and clearly articulate ideas verbally and visually
  • Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking skills with a user centered focus
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Ability to make effective presentations to various groups
  • Attention to detail with the ability to think systematically
  • Possess outstanding organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of airport and Authority's structure, goals and objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism and diplomacy at all times while interacting with Aviation Authority management, employees, and contractors
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate staff.
  • Must always represent the Authority in a professional and courteous manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications, Oracle desired
